What is the price?
The price depends on the number of persons and the date (top season or off season). Also we offer additional discounts (last minute, long-term stay etc.). The more people come, the better price you get. Write us how many persons and when would you like to come and we will send you back the exact rate.
Is also the full board or half board possible?
Unfortunately we don’t serve half board or full board. Our guests can use our fully equipped kitchens or visit some of the restaurants nearby, 5-10 minutes walk on beach or road from our place. We can also manage the srilankan breakfast for USD 3 per person.
Is the beach safe for swimming?
We are right on the Madilla beach. Swimmimg directly in front of our resort is not recommended because of rough water. But only a couple of minutes’ walk (up to 10 minutes) on the beach or the road will take you to calmer spots where you can enjoy bathing without any worries.
Are the rooms with AC and do you have a swimming pool?
No, there is not AC. The rooms are equipped with the ceiling fans to ensure the comfortable temperature. We also do not have swimming pool yet but our guests can use the pool in the neighbour resort.
How can I make a reservation?
